Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally invite you to collaborate in our upcoming event which is known as International Dental Physiology Quiz (IDPQ) 2022. First, please accept our greetings from our institution. Back in December 2022, we had a successful and memorable fifth International Dental Physiology Quiz event when 10 out of 14 dental schools in Malaysia and 20 overseas universities participated. We are eager to have more participation for this 6th IDPQ event and we really need your company’s contribution.
International Dental Physiology Quiz 2022 is an international contest organized by University of Malaya Dental Society. This event is to emphasize the relevant description of human physiology that is essential to the dental sciences and to promote a healthy debate amongst the participants from universities all over Asia to learn from each other. This is the 6th IDPQ organized by the DENSOC UM, and this year, it will be held on 18th December 2022.
We are looking forward to having a partnership with you in this event. We wish that your company can sponsor us in the form of money due to the limitation we are facing during this endemic of Covid-19 and since this event will be conducted online. Physical forms of sponsorship are not encouraged to reduce the cost in courier to ship the prizes for the winner that may consist of those groups from other countries.
In addition, this event will be held through the OBS platform which is through a Zoom meeting. Please be informed that we have included the sponsorship package that your company can contribute.
The details are attached in this document where there is sponsorship proposal and sponsorship letter with letterhead of University of Malaya.
We would appreciate a phone call or email from your side to let us know your interest as soon as possible. We will be glad if we can have a meet up regarding the partnership. The IDPQ 2022 team is hoping for a positive reply from you and any future collaboration is awaited with great anticipation.
