My name is Shen Moxuan. My fin no. is G1643768P. I went for a tooth filling on the up right side at ng&lum dental clinic (8 Wilkie Rd) in July this year. The doctor noticed that my last tooth at the left down side had done the root canal therapy without a crown. The reason is I did root canal therapy at Q&M surgery. They did for me, but then my tooth cracked, so they say the tooth was too short to do the crown. Therefore, Q&M has refunded me the fee for the crown.

However, Doctor Lu (the doctor who graduated from Monash university) at ng&lum told me that he thinks it is possible to do a crown for my tooth. The ng&lum dental clinic charged me 800sgd for doing the crown. Doctor Lu made my tooth lower for a better biting, the crown was exposed with 2 holes. He declared that the exposed holes would not affect anything. 

After tow months, my crown cracked on the one side near the hole while I was having a meal biting something not even hard.
I called ng&lum dental clinic but they told me that I might need to redo the crown and they will charge me again for it. I found it unreasonable since it's only been 2 month after I did my crown with them and they were the one who declared that they are able to provide a crown working properly for me. I feel that ng&lum clinic should take part of the responsibility for the crown. And should reduce the charge for fixing the crown they did. 

I was busy with my school work and had no time until now we are having holiday to follow up this matter.
